Some sort of Happy is LIVE!
reality TV show crushes what’s left of her childhood dream, she finds herself back in her hometown with
no money saved, no college degree, and no confidence she’s anything but a joke—a small town starlet
who couldn’t hack it in the big city.
jaw belong to the shy, troubled loner she knew ten years before. He’s not exactly friendly at first, and
she’s heard the rumors about his tragic past, but something in his sad eyes intrigues her. She only wants
to get to know him better.
Are they just two lonely people seeking solace? Or can a disgraced beauty queen and flawed,
frustrated man find some sort of happy ever after?
This was by far the best Melanie Harlow’s book I’ve read. And I must say I loved her other books!
This story was enthralling and moving. I don’t want to give anything away but let me tell you that you will FEEL a lot reading it. My heart broke for those two lost souls.
Skylar feels like all she does is a failure and Sebastien can’t let anyone in, afraid to harm them. To say they had a rocky start is a understatement. But as they get to know each other, they each find solace in the other.
And O.M.G, the chemistry the two of them have was H.O.T, like scorching hot.
I couldn’t put my kindle down, I had to know how they would fight their demons.
The epilogue was just perfect. Their happy ending left me feeling so ……happy. ㋡
Congratulations Melanie for writing such a moving story, such a real and honest story. Your words were so powerful and I hope it will educate people as well as entertain them.

HBO and less PBS). Melanie is the author of the FRENCHED contemporary romance series (FRENCHED,
